Curse Premium and Curse Client

Your Curse Premium Subscription gives you access to the full power of the Curse Client. So when the client does not recognize your premium status, it can be quite frustrating. How can you resolve this?

Logout

Whenever you login, the Curse Client will check your subscription, but afterward, the client only assumes there have been no changes. So, if you have not logged in since upgrading your account, the client will not recognize this change. Just logout from the client (File -> Logout), and then log back in with your premium account. Yet, what should you do if it still does not?

Check Your Records

We're mortal, and we make mistakes. Before going any further, check your records for the e-mail address or username you used when subscribing to Curse Premium. If you've only used one before, try logging in with the other to see if you get the same result. Once you're certain you are trying the right account, what will finally solve this issue?

Submit a Ticket

First, submit a ticket here - Curse.com Support. We'll review your account and make sure all your information is in order. If everything checks out, you will be refered to Curse Client Support where your account will be investigated further.
