Addon Packs are created for users by users as an easy way to download groups of related addons. A Pack may include every last addons you need to fully customize your interface for raiding or it may just be a few addons to help organize your mail and bags. Installing a Pack is easy, so let's begin:
Installing an Addon Pack requires the Curse Client. If you need some help doing this, please review this Knowledge Base article: Installing Curse Client (Windows)
In order to install an Addon Pack, click the "Download Now" button. Once you do, a "Launch Application" window may pop-up. Select Curse Client and click "Okay". Finally, the Curse Client should pop-up and begin installing the addons from the pack. If any of these steps fail, you will want to submit a ticket with Curse Client Support so they can help you resolve the issue.
Create Addon Pack
You can create your own Addon Pack in moments, starting here. You can make it by choosing from Available Addons. To select an available addon, place a check in the box next to it. You can find a specific addon by filtering Available Addons by the name of the specific addon. You can also filter the Available Addons to show only your chosen Favorite Addons by placing a check in the "Search My Favorites" box.
If you don't want to search the full list of Available Addons, you can instead upload a CCIP file from your Curse Client. A CCIP file is actually an existing Addon Pack. You can create one by clicking the Tools button and selecting UI Wizard. From the wizard, you can select any available addon or simply from addons you already have installed. Then, one you have your addons selected, give the pack a name and press "Save". The Client will tell you where the pack has been saved to and can open to that location. You can share CCIP files amongst other users who can installed the addons you've packed simply by double-clicking the folder. Finally, concerning creating Addon Packs for Curse.com, click "Browse" underneath Included Addons, select the CCIP file, and upload it. The addons from the file will be added to your Addon Pack.
To complete your Addon Pack, give it a name, a description, and upload images that will be shown with your pack. Next, click "Continue to Tagging" and give you pack tags to help others to quickly find your pack. Finally, you'll be able to submit your Addon Pack to make it available to the world.
